Our clubs and associations do many things that make this are a wonderful place to live; from maintaining playgrounds, public conveniences and gardens to running services such as the caravan park, fire and rescue, and post office as well as events such as the Loch Village Food and Wine Festival. Loch & District Bowling Club

About: With a recent new eight rink synthetic green our members compete in the Strzelecki Bowls region with Tuesday and Saturday pennant season divisions. We have other events to keep all levels of bowlers actively involved including Barefoot Bowls. Our club has a Burger and Bowls night and all are very welcome to come along. Enjoy a great meal and you can even have fun bowling.

Loch Public Hall

Type: Local public hall

About: Loch Public Hall was built in 1891 and owned by the Community for perpetuity. It is heritage listed as a War Memorial. The beautiful Art Nouveau pressed metal walls showcase historical photos, Honour Rolls and memorabilia. Our Hall is available for hire. Become a member of the hall and participate in the local community.

Loch Country Womens Association

Type: Women supporting the local district

About: The Loch CWA offers the hand of friendship to local women. It is an opportunity to get involved in activities, learn and share new skills, enjoy volunteering to assist those most vulnerable and in need and be involved in understanding issues impacting on your community and advocate for change. Loch CFA, Fire and Rescue

Type: Volunteer firefighters and rescue response

About: Located in the township of Loch, the CFA covers the areas in and around Loch, Nyora and Bena. The rescue response division covers the northern side of Poowong / Lang Lang areas and almost all the way Wonthaggi.
