Description: An easy 30-minute walk (one way) along the rail trail heading towards Korumburra you will find Hilda Falls.

Mr W G Field was a surveyor for the South Gippsland Railway, and was responsible for proposing the railway line route go through Loch. When Mr Field died, Mr and Mrs A R Smith along with his brother walked along the railway track to the falls and christened them “Hilda” after Mr Fields daughter.
